What a pain in the Neck!

Yep that nagging pain in my neck, the sore stiff and somewhat unhappy feeling I keep getting.  Where did it come from and why is it still there.  Well simply put it comes from staring up at the ceiling and putting the paint to the drywall.

I have a great appreciation for those that do these odd jobs and keep a healthy outlook.  I am sure I would be mostly crippled and not able to move if I had to do this stuff every day of my life.  Mind you the guy that did the drywall obviously has some challenges definitely a smoker, drinker and probably never looks to wear a mask when he is sanding drywall.  All that equals a terrible quality of life and I suggest it will happen at a younger age for that person.

So thinking about jobs I am glad I do not have I started to think about this as I was sitting and having my teeth cleaned.  Another job I could do but would never want to.  How is it that a person decided it would be fun to clean peoples gross teeth with some metal instruments.  I can not see any person in grade 10 making that career choice.  So be it not something I am looking start doing any time soon.

So back to the staring up at the ceiling.  Now you can see where we started once we get Lyndon out of the way of the camera.  So this is the sneak peak that will give you some idea of what has changed.  Note the green walls and areas in the book case.  You can see the flooring in this a bit as well.  So stay tuned to see the change over to the new room.

  1. Can't wait to see the finished room! bet you can't wait either? You might want to consider returning to that massage person real soon.

Lyndon's cute mug is a most welcome sight - but what is wearing?

    1. Yes this will be a nicely finished project at some point and we are hoping it is soon. Lyndon is wearing a house coat that he made in school. He is a closet sewer. He took fashion in grade 7 and 8 and his teacher told him to forget about taking it in grade 9 as he had finished all the projects for grade 9 in grade 8. That said he enjoys sewing just too cool to admit it.
